Dirk van Wyk provides psychotherapy, in the form of Kinesiopractic® hypnotherapy, life coaching, brain integration, emotional-behavioural consultations, workshops, speaking engagements, and related services, both in person and online.
We also offer digital products including assessments, reports, downloadable materials, online content, and educational resources.
All services and products are therapeutic and educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency healthcare.
While every effort is made to support personal growth and wellbeing, no guarantees are made regarding specific results or outcomes.
Clients and users remain fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and results arising from the use of services or digital products.

All sessions must be booked in advance.
Payment is required prior to or at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees are displayed on the website or booking system and may change without prior notice.
Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of an appointment or suspension of access to digital products.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings
Digital products, including assessments, reports, downloads, and educational materials, are delivered electronically.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree:
Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.
Products may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, or reproduced in any format.
Once access is granted or a download link is issued, the product is considered delivered.
Unauthorized distribution or reproduction may result in legal action.
Sessions rendered are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, refunds or rescheduling may be granted at the sole discretion of the Practitioner.
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or files have been delivered.
If technical issues prevent access, reasonable support will be provided to ensure successful delivery.
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
A stable internet connection
A private, uninterrupted environment
The Practitioner is not liable for technical disruptions beyond reasonable control.
All personal information is handled in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Client confidentiality is respected at all times, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.
