Kinesiopractic®

Working with emotional stress patterns through the body

(Professional Kinesiology Practice | In George & Online)

What Kinesiopractic® or Kinesiology is

Kinesiopractic® (Professional Kinesiology Practice) is a structured, body-based approach used to explore emotional stress patterns and the way they may influence physical and behavioural responses.

The body does not separate physical tension from emotional experience. Stress, unresolved conflict, trauma, and prolonged pressure can influence muscle tone, coordination, and internal regulation. Over time, this may contribute to recurring discomfort, fatigue, emotional reactivity, or a sense of being “stuck.”

Using gentle muscle response testing, we work with the body as a feedback system – exploring patterns of tension and response and how the system can be supported in releasing or re-balancing it.

This is not forceful manipulation. It is guided, responsive work based on how your system presents in the moment.

Kinesiopractic Muscle Test

How a Kinesiopractic session works

Each session begins with a short, focused conversation about what is currently happening – physically, emotionally, or behaviourally.

We then establish a clear session goal. This provides direction for both conscious and subconscious processing during the session.

Muscle response testing is used as a feedback tool to explore how the body responds during the session. Based on what is indicated, the session may include:

  • Gentle body point stimulation

  • Emotional stress release techniques

  • Stress and pain response techniques

  • Breathing or visualisation processes

  • Reflective dialogue

  • Lifestyle or regulation guidance where appropriate

The session unfolds collaboratively and is paced according to what your system can integrate safely.

Sessions are available in person (George) and online via Zoom.
