Behavioural & Character Assessment
Understanding your design – so you can work with it consciously
(Behavioural & Character Assessment | In George & Online)
What Behavioural & Character Assessment Is
This assessment process is built around two original frameworks:
The Phoenix Behavioural Compass (ACHI)™
The Phoenix Integrative Personality Assessment (PIPA)™
These systems were developed to provide structured insight into behavioural energy, stress responses, communication patterns, and character development.
Rather than placing you into a fixed personality category, this work explores how different behavioural drives interact within you, and how those drives shift under stress, safety, or pressure.
The aim is not labelling.
It is understanding pattern architecture.
The Phoenix Behavioural Compass (ACHI)™
ACHI™ identifies four core behavioural energies that influence:
Decision-making
Communication style
Emotional regulation
Leadership expression
Conflict responses
Motivational drivers
Most people operate with a dominant energy and a supporting energy, but stress can alter how these patterns are expressed. Understanding your configuration allows you to recognise when you are functioning naturally, and when you are compensating.
The Phoenix Integrative Personality Assessment (PIPA)™
PIPA™ expands beyond surface behaviour.
It explores layered character dynamics, developmental influences, and adaptive patterns across multiple domains of life.
This provides insight into:
Core strengths
Blind spots
Relational tendencies
Competing internal priorities
Growth direction
Capacity for personal integration
The assessment is structured, interpretive, and contextual – not algorithmic or generic.
How the process works
Before the session, you complete structured questionnaires.
These are not superficial quizzes. They are carefully designed tools intended to map behavioural configuration across multiple layers.
During the session:
Results are interpreted personally
Behavioural dynamics are explained clearly
Stress-related behavioural patterns are explored.
Practical integration strategies are discussed
The outcome is not just a report, but a practical understanding of your behavioural tendencies and how they may show up in different situations.
Sessions are available in person (George) and online.
What This Assessment May Support
This process is often valuable for:
Leadership development
Career alignment
Relationship clarity
Emotional self-regulation
Personal growth
Communication improvement
Understanding stress responses
Preparing for coaching or further personal development work
It can function as a stand-alone deep dive or as the foundation for longer-term work.
What to expect
A structured, analytical but practical session
Clear explanation of behavioural dynamics
Personalised interpretation (not automated feedback)
Honest discussion of strengths and blind spots
Practical integration guidance
The aim is greater clarity, not labels.
Phoenix Behavioural Compass Mini Profile
For individuals who would like an initial behavioural overview before committing to a full interpretation session, a Phoenix Behavioural Compass Mini Profile is available.
This short assessment identifies your two dominant behavioural energies and provides a structured summary of:
Core strengths
Stress tendencies
Communication style
Behavioural drivers
It can function as a stand-alone insight tool or as preparation for deeper assessment work.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Is this similar to DISC or Myers-Briggs?
While it draws from behavioural psychology principles, ACHI™ and PIPA™ are original frameworks designed to provide deeper insight into behavioural patterns and responses under pressure. - Will this box me into a category?
No. The purpose is awareness of patterns, not limitation.
- Can this help in my work or relationships?
Yes. Many individuals use this insight to improve leadership, communication, and relational awareness. - Is this a once-off session?
It can be. Many clients also use it as the foundation for coaching or integration work. - Is it effective online?
Yes. The assessments and full interpretation process adapt well to Zoom sessions.
The Phoenix Framework
The Phoenix Behavioural Compass (ACHI)™ and PIPA™ form part of a broader structured framework focused on behavioural integration and long-term development.
While this assessment can stand alone, it is also used as a foundational map within deeper coaching and integrative work.
